# Treasury transactions

> The transaction history is every movement on a balance (deposits, withdrawals, payments and adjustments) with filters and matching keys for reconciliation.

[List Treasury transactions](/api-reference/treasury/list-treasury-transactions.md)
returns every movement on a balance, newest first, paginated.

## Filters

| Filter | Values |

| `product` | `CARD`, `PAYMENTS`, `OPTIMIZE`, `GENERAL` |
| `type` | `DEPOSIT`, `WITHDRAW`, `PAYMENT`, `REPAYMENT`, `ADJUSTMENT` |
| `status` | `PENDING` or `COMPLETED` only |
| `from` / `to` | Date range |

## `type`

| Value | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `DEPOSIT` | Funds added to the balance |
| `WITHDRAW` | Funds withdrawn |
| `PAYMENT` | Payments made from the balance |
| `REPAYMENT` | Card balance repayments |
| `ADJUSTMENT` | Corrections by Reap, such as fees or waivers |

## `status` and `direction`

| `status` | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `PENDING` | In flight |
| `COMPLETED` | Settled |

For `CARD` deposits, rejected transfers are removed from the history and
never appear as `REJECTED` or `FAILED`; a missing row alone does not prove
rejection, so check all pages and the date filters. `REJECTED`, `FAILED`,
`REQUESTED`, `APPROVED`, `INVALID` and `NONE` can appear on other products
(for example Optimize swaps) and are not accepted by the `status` filter,
which takes `PENDING` or `COMPLETED` only.

`direction` is `CREDIT` (funds in) or `DEBIT` (funds out).

## Matching your transfers

* Crypto deposits carry `transactionHash`; bank deposits carry the
  `referenceId`. Match on those, not on amounts.
* A page can hold fewer items than `meta.itemsPerPage`; follow
  `meta.totalPages`, don't stop at a short page.
* Funding status changes can lag the balance update: poll the transactions
  endpoint rather than assuming immediate visibility, and check [Card-account
  balances](/concepts/card-account.md) before issuing cards against new funds.
