For CARD deposits, rejected transfers are removed from the history and never appear as REJECTED or FAILED; a missing row alone does not prove rejection, so check all pages and the date filters. REJECTED, FAILED, REQUESTED, APPROVED, INVALID and NONE can appear on other products (for example Optimize swaps) and are not accepted by the status filter, which takes PENDING or COMPLETED only. direction is CREDIT (funds in) or DEBIT (funds out).

Matching your transfers

  • Crypto deposits carry transactionHash; bank deposits carry the referenceId. Match on those, not on amounts.
  • A page can hold fewer items than meta.itemsPerPage; follow meta.totalPages, don’t stop at a short page.
  • Funding status changes can lag the balance update: poll the transactions endpoint rather than assuming immediate visibility, and check Card-account balances before issuing cards against new funds.
